The short answer is no. However, we may take on certain cases through legal aid  in extraordinary circumstances. We encourage you to come in for a free initial consultation. Payment plans and options are available and if we are not able to take your case, we can recommend someone who can.

For criminal clients,  we file a counsel designation form which allows us to attend most court appearances for you. You will have to attend any trial or sentencing dates. At our free initial consultation we’ll discuss the entire process and discuss our individualized plan for your case.

For family matters, if issues can be settled out of court, that is ideal. Trials are expensive and allows a judge who will not know you or your children to make the most important decisions for your family. At your free initial consultation, we’ll thoroughly explain the court process and discuss how we’ll develop a strategy to obtain the best possible result for you and your family.
